Ranging from single bin capacity through to 80 bins per hour continuous tipping, our range offers gentle handing of produce by tipping via a fully automated process. Product is transferred to the next stage by water flumes.
Offering de-water & transfer conveyor units allows for gentle handling of product to feed into the main infeed line. These units come in a range of option depending on client requirements.
Our wash units allow for removal of contaminates on the skin of the produce, such as spray residue, dust & pests before packing, these units use top and bottom brush design to cover the whole surface of the the produce.
Both ambient temp or Gas/Diesel heated, our drying tunnels are designed to be economical to run while still delivering correct drying temperatures for your produce.
Manual Inspection Conveyor
Manual inspection conveyors are utilised when waste & downgrade produce is required to be disposed of prior entering the remaining infeed line. These units can be customised with waste & downgrade chutes/conveyors as required by the client.

Pallet Strapping & Wrapping
Automated pallet strapping or wrapping eliminates the need for space and time for manual labour to complete these tasks. These automated systems can automatically adapt to different pallet heights & types, saving time & increasing throughput.
Offering fully automated on-demand bin systems allows us to deliver a fully integrated system preventing the need for any fork-lift traffic in the vicinity of packing staff. These system deliver correct size empty bins on-demand to the correct packing stations, as well transferring full bins away to a central fork-lift collection point. These systems can be used with a range of bin type, Nally-bins, Hat-bins etc.
Bin Stacking & De-Stacking
Our range of bin stacking & de-stacking units can be integrated into our bin handling systems. This can decease the need to manually break down stacks of empty bins to feed packing stations & stack full bins. These units can handle several different bin heights by a quick change of setting via the control panel.
